I’m John Lima, the proud owner of Division Seven Contracting Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Ever since I can remember, building and construction have always fascinated me. Seeing a need and wanting to help my friends and neighbors, I got into the roofing side of things and have been a professional roofer for over thirty-three years.

We offer a large variety of residential and commercial roof systems, stand by our work, and always pass our savings to our customers. As certified master elite Installers for GAF, we are able to include up to thirty-year NDL warranties and are also certified by Carlisle, Johns Manville, Soprema, and Siplast, to name a few, for commercial roofing.

With my vast experience and commitment to continued learning and development, I see every day as an opportunity for progress. I am always looking for ways to better serve my clientele. I want to offer my clients peace of mind, and my business philosophy is based on creating a lasting foundation, from my family to yours.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to my customers, continuous learning, and effective collaboration.

I attribute my success to my hard work and the support of my family and employees, and our fantastic and dependable partners.

Being there for my customers through it all and helping when no one else could has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and interests that keep me busy. I most enjoy golf, sports coaching, and hunting.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
